Skills / Requirements

The Staff Physical Therapist would be responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting as well as inpatient/swing-bed setting.  The therapist will establish a Plan of Care based on the evaluation of the patient and may be required to supervise other staff in the implementation of the Plan of Care. Full-time positions available


  • Evaluate and treat outpatients with a variety of diagnosis
  • Evaluates and treats inpatients/swing-bed patients in a hospital setting
  • Documents patient services appropriately using currently electronic medical record software.
  • Records functional testing measures including G Codes as required by Medicare
  • Communicates with doctors, nursing, other hospital staff to provide the best possible care for each and every patient
  • Willing to participate in a TEAMWORK approach
  • Documents progress notes, physician communication, discharge notes for all patients seen
  • May be responsible for supervision of other staff
  • Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident
  • Assures continuity of services and care
  • Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
  • Assist with developing new programs or in specialty areas
  • Position will require occasional Saturdays as part of an inpatient/singed weekend rotation


  • Hold current AZ PT license or able to obtain AZ PT license
  • Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
