Can you imagine loving your employer and role so much that you stay with that organization for over 16 years? This is the case for many talented people at Wickenburg Community Hospital, including Peter Stachowicz, Director of Ambulatory Services. With almost two decades of service under his belt, Peter still feels the same sense of dedication now as he did when he started.
Due to Peter’s passion for helping patients and his outstanding servant leadership in the hospital, he received the Tip of the Stethoscope Award from the Chamber of Commerce in Wickenburg. Although Peter doesn’t expect recognition for his work, he was honored to receive the award knowing that it means he is effectively supporting his beloved team and community.
“The more time you spend here, the more invested you become in the hospital and its community,” Peter explains. His years of service are a testament to what sets Wickenburg Community Hospital from larger healthcare providers: collaboration to the core coupled with continuous learning and growth. He, like so many other of his colleagues, attributes his success to having opportunities to form deep bonds with his team and patients, resulting in a rich and meaningful career.
